YOGA, BUT A LITTLE WILDER.

ANIMAL YOGA

Yoga, but a little wilder.

Sometimes, the best way to get out of your head is to spend an hour on the mat with four-legged company.

Alongside studio, private and workplace yoga, Wilder Yoga also delivers animal yoga experiences — bringing together movement, connection and a healthy dose of unpredictability.

Because yoga doesn’t always have to be serious.

PUPPY YOGA

Movement. Mindfulness. Puppies.

Wilder Yoga currently teaches puppy yoga in collaboration with Paw Yoga MCR, combining an accessible yoga flow with plenty of time for puppy cuddles, play and connection.

Classes are designed to feel welcoming and light-hearted, whether you practise yoga every week or you’ve never stepped onto a mat before.

Expect gentle movement, moments of calm and the occasional puppy wandering underneath your downward dog.

It might not be the most focused yoga practice you’ll ever do.

It may well be one of the happiest.

GOAT YOGA

(YES, REALLY.)

Find your wild. Literally.

Wilder Yoga also teaches goat yoga at Cronkshaw Fold Farm, taking the practice out of the studio and onto the farm.

Surrounded by the Lancashire countryside — and joined by some particularly enthusiastic four-legged yogis — these sessions combine an accessible yoga practice with nature, laughter and connection.

Goats may NUZZLE you.

They may interrupt your flow.

They almost certainly won’t respect the boundaries of your yoga mat.

And that’s rather the point.

Animal yoga invites us to loosen our grip on what a yoga practice should look like and simply enjoy where we are.

WHY ANIMALS & YOGA?

Yoga gives us an opportunity to slow down, move our bodies and become more present.

Animals are remarkably good at bringing us into the present moment too.

Put the two together and you have a practice that feels less about perfect poses and more about connection, curiosity and play.

No pressure. No perfection.

Just movement, animals and a little bit of wild.

WANT TO EXPERIENCE IT?

Animal yoga sessions are currently delivered through Wilder Yoga’s partner venues and organisations.

For upcoming puppy and goat yoga experiences, keep an eye on Wilder Yoga on Instagram, or get in touch to discuss animal yoga for an event, retreat or collaboration.

Come for the yoga. Stay for the cuddles.

FIND YOUR WILD.
