WILDER AT WORK
WELLBEING THAT WORKS
Workplace wellbeing shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all.
Wilder at Work creates thoughtful, accessible yoga and wellbeing programmes built around the people, rhythms and needs of each individual workplace.
From a single lunchtime class to the development of an ongoing wellbeing programme, every Wilder offering begins by understanding your organisation — how your teams work, when they work, what they need and what will actually be realistic for them to engage with.
BUILT AROUND YOUR PEOPLE
No two workplaces - or workforces - are the same.
Before creating a programme, I can work with your organisation to understand staff timetables, working patterns, experience levels, interests and wellbeing needs.
That might mean energising movement for teams who spend much of their day seated, mobility and flexibility for more physically demanding roles, accessible beginner yoga, or slower practices focused on relaxation, breath and stress reduction.
Sessions can then be scheduled and shaped around the realities of your workplace, rather than expecting your workplace to adapt around yoga.
The result is a wellbeing offering that feels relevant, inclusive and genuinely usable.
Wilder Yoga can support businesses with
-
Consistent weekly or fortnightly classes delivered in your workplace, tailored to your team’s experience levels, working patterns and wellbeing needs. Sessions can range from energising flows to slower, restorative practices.
-
Bespoke yoga, movement or relaxation sessions designed to complement staff wellbeing days, away days, team events or wider health initiatives. These can be created around a specific theme, goal or audience.
-
Accessible classes scheduled around the natural rhythm of your working day. Whether it’s a lunchtime reset, an energising start or a post-work wind-down, sessions are designed to fit realistically around staff commitments.
-
For organisations starting from scratch, I can help build the foundations of a structured yoga and wellbeing programme — from identifying staff needs and shaping the offer to supporting launch, communication and initial delivery.
-
Targeted sessions focused on improving mobility, reducing stiffness and helping staff move more comfortably. Particularly useful for desk-based teams, physically demanding roles or workplaces where repetitive movement is common.
-
Slower sessions using gentle movement, breathwork and restorative yoga to help staff decompress, regulate stress and create space to reset mentally as well as physically.
-
Support with shaping an onsite space that feels practical, welcoming and fit for purpose. This can include thinking through how the space will be used, what equipment may be needed and how it can support a wider wellbeing offering.
-
Wellbeing needs change over time, so programmes shouldn’t stay static. I can review participation, feedback and evolving staff needs, then adapt classes, scheduling and content to keep the offering useful and engaging.
-
Progressive programmes designed specifically for people who may never have tried yoga before. Sessions build confidence gradually, introduce key movements safely and remove the pressure of needing to be “flexible” or experienced.
-
Before building a programme, I can help gather feedback from staff to understand what they actually want and need. This can include preferred times, class styles, experience levels, physical concerns and wellbeing priorities.
-
I can help create a realistic yoga and wellbeing timetable that works around shifts, departments, peak working periods and staff availability. The aim is to maximise participation rather than simply adding classes where there happens to be space.
MORE THAN A WEEKLY YOGA CLASS
Wilder at Work can also support organisations looking to build something more substantial. My recent work with James Hall & Co. Ltd has included advisory support around the creation of a dedicated onsite yoga and wellbeing space, alongside the development of the wider yoga and wellbeing offering for employees. That means considering not just what is taught, but how the service works as a whole — from understanding staff needs and appropriate timetabling to developing different styles and levels of class, creating an accessible programme and delivering ongoing sessions tailored to the workforce.
MOVEMENT AS PART OF A HEALTHIER WORKPLACE
Work-related stress can have a significant impact on employee wellbeing, and research suggests workplace yoga programmes can help reduce perceived stress.
Creating accessible opportunities to move, breathe and reset during the working week can therefore form one part of a wider approach to supporting employee health, engagement and sustainable working practices.
For employers, the goal isn’t simply to put yoga on the timetable.
It’s to create something people actually want, and are able, to use.
COMPLETELY BESPOKE
Your team might need twenty minutes of desk-friendly mobility.
They might want a weekly hour-long Vinyasa class.
You may have shift workers who need several shorter sessions across the day, beginners who need a gentle introduction, a high-pressure team who would benefit from restorative practice, or a workforce whose physical roles require a completely different approach.
Wilder at Work is designed around your people, your environment and your objectives.
From one class to a complete workplace wellbeing programme, we’ll build something that works where you work.
A little less desk. A little more human.

Wilder at Work is built around the belief that workplace wellbeing should be designed for the people actually using it.
Rather than offering a fixed, one-size-fits-all class, every programme is shaped around your team’s working patterns, physical demands, experience levels and wellbeing priorities. That can mean anything from mobility for desk-based staff to restorative sessions for high-pressure teams, or a complete onsite yoga and wellbeing programme developed from the ground up.
The difference is in the detail: thoughtful planning, responsive teaching and an offering that evolves with your workforce rather than asking your workforce to fit around it.
-
You can reach us anytime via our contact page or via Instagram. We aim to respond quickly, usually within one business day.
-
Every workplace is different, so Wilder at Work is priced around the scale, frequency and level of support your organisation needs.
